Ena Gregory (1907-1993) was born in Australia and moved to California with her father in 1920. She appeared in movies under her own name from 1921 to 1927 and as Marian Douglas between 1928 and 1931. She then retired from movies and eventually became a successful real estate agent in Laguna Beach, California. After her divorce from Albert Rogell, she married and divorced Frank Nolan, a doctor.
Albert S. Rogell (1901-1988) directed over 100 movies between 1921 and 1958. I could not find any information on his lawsuit, but Wikipedia informs me that Rogell paid $300 per month in temporary alimony to his soon-to-be ex-wife. Presumably, this lasted until she remarried. He later married Irma Solomon, the former wife of Jack Warner.
