Arthur Cleland Lloyd does not appear to have gone on to a career in music or to have done anything else noteworthy. The only reference I could find for him was a Canadian Encyclopedia entry on the 1928 music festival at which he won his prize.
It doesn't help that he has the same name as Arthur Lloyd (1839-1904), who was the first successful music hall singer-songwriter in Britain.
